- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have an $89 diagnosis fee. Our expert technicians will do a thorough diagnosis of the issues you're experiencing and provide you multiple estimates with flat-rate pricing. If you accept an estimate the technician provides, then the diagnosis fee is waived and you only pay for the repair. You will not be charged until you accept the service. We do not charge per hour or based on travel time to get to your home. We provide free estimates on new equipment where a diagnosis is not needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can call into our office, and we can usually set up a same-day, onsite estimate to provide you options for repair and/or replacement. You can also schedule an appointment online through our website.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are highly trained and appropriately licensed for the services they provide.
