Public Speaking by Koefer

Introduction: I am a lawyer barred in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, who specializes in the art of rhetoric. Prior to attending college at the Catholic University of America, I served as the captain of my high school's debate team. While in college, I continued to hone my public speaking skills as an intern for Congressmen and Senators on Capitol Hill. As a law student at Duquesne, I participated in three mock trial competitions, my team taking second place at the National Civil Trial Competition in Santa Monica, CA, in 2012. I aim to meet with students, thoroughly evaluate their speaking skills, and then design a program which the student and I complete together. The goal of the program is for the student to ultimately become a well-versed, confident public speaker who can give talks and speeches on multiple topics.
