We hired Patricia to perform bi-weely cleaning for us. The first 2 cleanings went well but the 3rd was awful and was performed by 2 of her employees. To name a few issues: floors were not mopped, appliances were not touched, windowsills were not dusted, and bathroom sinks were not cleaned. She offered to come back the next day to "finish" the cleaning. However she ended up sending a different employee again and the cleaning was still not complete...only floors were mopped and exterior appliances cleaned. From there we asked her to please come finish the cleaning again the following week; however, we would not be home due to my scheduled c-section and therefore extended hospital stay. No one ever showed up. Again she said she would be back the following week, but ended up having a family emergency. This followed for another week before we decided to let her go and hire someone else. It has now been 5 weeks and she has yet to return our house key. We really liked her in person and tried to make it work, but her business conduct has been horrible. We also understand family emergencies and sick children, but there is an extent where the job needs to be done...not to mention she had already cashed the payment check. Due to her lack of follow-thru we would not recommend her...not to mention 5 weeks after officially letting her go we are still waiting for our key to be returned!Jul 22, 2014VerifiedPatricia B.'s reply
The cleanings were fine.I stay on top of the girls as they work to make sure that they do a good job. Yes a few windows were missed but they were taken care of the next day.As for the floors,appliances and bathroom sink they were cleaned.she wanted them re-cleaned the next day because they had gotten them dirty that night after we had left. It wasn't a problem I re-cleaned them for her.She had rescheduled with me for 2 weeks for the next cleaning. The week time I was to go back to clean I had a family emergency. I was out of state and was rescheduling my cleanings. My father was very sick!! My father then passed away. I had gotten in touch with her to apologize for not being able to clean. she said that it was ok, She said that she understood but she didn't. She then asked for the key back. I said it was not a problem but I wasn't in town I was out of state still. I lost my father it is not something you just get over like the loss of a fish! It has NOT been 5 weeks it has been at the most 2 weeks. Not once were any of my children sick either. I tried bringing the key back and no one was at home when I did. I didn't want to just leave it there. When I clean I make sure I do a good job. I NEVER have any complaints. I clean for a lot of people. Everyone understood my family emergency ( my father passing ) . No one complained at all they were very kind. It's not right to go and lie and then try to get cleaning done for free. Again I NEVER have ANY complaints EVER!
Patrica is a very friendly and flexible cleaner. We used her for bi-weekly cleaning. She was always on time for the scheduled appointments. Her price for cleaning our home was good for the service provided. But we went with another company after using her for a while, because we wanted to have a deeper and extensive cleaning.Jun 2, 2014Verified
