Blue Sky Realty, LLC, advertised my property on social networks, local news papers, and the internet. Ms. Williams is very thorough with her business practices of securing applicants that are suited for the property as well as help the applicants secure a property that will meet their needs. She definitely goes above and beyond with the accountability of monthly financial statements, the 120 day rental inspection to see personally, if the property is in good condition, and if there are any concerns from the tenant(s) that needs to be addressed. If there are any concerns, we can set-up a meeting to discuss the matter and resolve it. Ms. Williams always encourages me to call to let her know of my issues. Ms. Williams and I have a mutual respect for one another. After working together two years, we are able to remedy any situation. Ms. Williams has taken a load of headaches and extra responsibilities off my shoulders.
Phil has been great to work with as my wife and I are venturing into rental properties. First Capital Property Management currently manages my first ever rental property. They were extremely helpful during the entire process. They filled in any knowledge gaps that existed, took care of finding the tenants, verified the quality of tenant to ensure only a quality tenant, supplied the lease, ensured it met the HOA's requirements for where the home is located and they take care of the ongoing management of the property. The fees are also competitive and very fair for all of the services they provide.
