- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be fair with pricing as far as my travel and labor expenses and junk removal disposal fees, it all come with whatever job I'm called on to do, and traveling is a expense to help customers with their moves etc. we aim to satisfy our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make them comfortable by greeting them with a smile and a hand shake and then proceed to discussing business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 12th grade education, and 33 years in the field working on different projects such as laborering, asbestos removal, demolition, carpentry, clean ups, delivering materials for jobs etc.
