Introduction: I have been sewing and making clothes since I was 6 years old. My mom taught me to sew, and i started with clothes for my dolls. I mobed on to clothes for myself, my friends, and for theater. I started as a freelance costume designer after graduating with my MFA in costume design. Before starting my family.and moving to PA, I worked with theaters in Baltimore and Washington DC. I also started my custom costume business at the same time. I have made custom items from toddler clothes to video game cosplay costumes. I also alter existing clothing. I work hard to ensure each piece fits beautifully and satisfies the customers needs and wishes. I currently teach sewing lessons at a process art studio on MD, but will give private or small group lessons in the local area or via zoom.
