I had requested a fence repair but decided to do a gutter repair instead and Gary had no problem with the change and the work was done better than I could have ever expected. I am very happy with the out come.
Ryen came and repaired a drainage pipe in my basement that to my surprise had been leaking for yrs. No longer will my basement carry a damp, wet smell. Everything time i flushed the toilet water ran rapid on the basement floor. Thanks to Ryen, the issue has been resolved. Will be contacting for more for going forward
Joshua provided immediate repair to a plumbing issue. When he arrived to my house, a professional opinion and estimation was provided, then within 20 minutes, I was notified that the repairs were complete. Proficient, professional, and congenial!
We had a busted window in a door. He did a great job with the repair/replacement. Would definitely hire again.
I had frozen pipes from a poor installation. She assessed the situation and carried out the repositioning of water pipes over three floors. She worked hard and did a quality job. She was very professional. I would definitely seek her services again and recommend her to others.
Robbie came to my home to install a new water heater. He was on time and did a very professional and thorough job, cleaning up afterwards. I would use Tapper & Sons in the furure.
We hired Foundation to do plumbing repairs on a house we were selling. We were on a strict timeline and Foundation began work the day after we called them. They finished on time at the prices quoted to us at the start. Leon McClymont was polite and sent pictures of the job after it was completed. I would definitely use them again.
James the plumber is reliable, affordable, takes pride in his work, and has always been honest about his diagnosis of my plumbing problems. I’ve used him several times and have never had to call him back to redo a job. He’s done many jobs for me; faucet and pipe replacements, kitchen cabinet/sink installation, water damage repair, sump pump installation, and more.
My son needed a replacement for a outside water pipe. (Due to his work schedule, he asked me to work on his behalf). PlumbCrazy was the most affordable out of the four companies that came to survey the issue. From the person who came to survey through the installation, each person was professional and courteous and answered my questions and concerns. I would recommend PlumbCrazy 100% and would use them again if ever the need arise. Job well done!
Fantastic job started w wall repair, but we ended up giving the whole kitchen and basement stairway a new, much needed look. They scraped and prepped walls with water damage and made it look brand new. He was also on time which is a tremendous trait these days.
Frank was fast and responsive. He came out and assessed what needed to be done, offered suggestions, and provided an honest opinion on additional home projects I wanted done. The water leak that left a hole in my kitchen wall was fixed in a timely manner (Frank's team, primarily Carlos, was awesome) and the shelf that was installed at Franks' suggestion looks amazing. I also had a window that needed to be repaired and you would never know that it had an issue. I've almost forgotten! Overall, I had a great experience with A&F Construction Services and will definitely call them in the future.
A knowledgeable professional arrived on time, inspected my boiler and detailed quotes for necessary modifications and repairs. He was friendly and understanding and very affordable. I will gladly call them for any future needs.
Class 'A' Service! I have had these guys out more then once. First was a non-flushing toilet then most recently to remove/install a hot water heater. Outstanding work every time! Very professional! I highly recommend and will always be my first call.

JP Mechanical completed the removal of our old water heater and oil furnace and replacement with a combo natural gas powered one. James was a clear communicator, provided a competitive quote, was respectful of our space while working, and did excellent work! Would absolutely recommend and use for future work!
Lee Brothers has done all manner of plumbing, including replacement of water mains and main sewer lines in dozens of row houses we own in Baltimore. He is prompt, thorough, and his rates are reasonable.
Mr. Marshall does commercial and residential jobs. I have utilized Mr. Marshalls services for many projects including plumbing, carpentry, and heat pump problems. In my kitchen he has installed a dishwasher, stove, new sink and faucet, a water filter system, a vinyl floor and also painted and caulked the walls. He also replaced two water damaged doors with new handmade cabinet doors that matched the existing doors perfectly. In my bathroom he installed a new vanity, faucet, toilet, medicine cabinet, custom shelving, a shower rod, and done repairs to the tub and shower faucet. Other jobs he has done for me include installing a central vac which I love, replaced and relocated my water heater to a more suitable location in my home, completed a beautiful tile job in my entry way and deck repair. Mr. Marshall is skilled with his work and is a problem solver. He has been able to complete difficult jobs that other contractors werent willing or able to complete for me and also for friends who I referred him to. He is skilled at dealing with inspectors, permitting and is able to cut through the red tape involved in dealing with county organizations. As a single woman I trust him to do the work I need fairly and correctly and I have referred him to several friends who have also become repeat customers. He has done basement waterproofing, well/septic repairs, and ran gas lines for friends of mine. I highly recommend his services
We hired Art to remodel a bathroom. He came up with a clean modern design. He transformed our 1815 bathroom into a functioning and beautiful room. It has become my favorite room in the house!! He removed and disposed the old construction waste and installed new sinks, toilet, shower, floor and lights. After the construction ended we have called him to replace our water heater, fix a leaking sink, and he fixed a broken water main all on different occasions with short notice. He is very professional and reliable. He is committed to a job well done! We will call him back for many more jobs as they arise.
I am extremely pleased with Ken the Plumber's work. Approximately a month ago, water began flowing down from my upstairs bathroom to my downstairs dining room to my basement. When I went to the upstairs bathroom there wasn't any water on the floor. I told each plumber on thumbtack that contacted me the same story which is that my great nephew had just gotten out of the tub and the water level was high but no water was on the floor. Each plumber, EXCEPT Ken, said that it was probably my drainage pipes. When I talked to Ken, he was the ONLY one who said that he thought the issue was with my back flow valve on my tub. I knew instinctively that he knew what he was talking about. He took the time to explain to me what the purpose of that silver plate was on the tub underneath the fawcett. I had no idea that it was to make sure that the water level didn't get too high and flow between the floors. I thought it was just for to activate the draining of the bath water. When he explained it to me, it made a lot of sense. I told him to check it out which he did in a very prompt manner. As he expected, the valve was missing a gasket (which is a relatively easy fix) which he fixed at a very reasonable rate. It was not the more expensive drainage pipes that the other plumbers said that it was. Ken is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and all around good, trusting guy. If anyone said otherwise, they were trying to get him to do the work for free and take advantage of him. He's very prompt and accommodating. He's even came out in the evening and weekends. He has since worked on several other projects in and around my house which I am very pleased with. One time I suggested that I may need work on something and he told me I didn't. A lot of unsavory plumbers would have said yes you do and taken my money. He didn't. He's my plumber for life and I stake my reputation on him. He's that good. A very Satisfied Customer, Margaret Oliver
Amazing service!! They called me back on a Sunday after I scheduled on line to find out the problem, showed up on time the next day, fixed the water heater in 5 minutes and were friendly and courteous! I highly recommend them!
Scott did a great job! He is kind, conscientious, thorough, creative and thoughtful in offering solutions for all kinds of home repair work. He has a lot of patience and takes his time to get things right. He helped my parents with drywall repair mainly, some woodwork & hardware replacement. Just one small comment I suggest to Scott is to better communicate your overall plans for getting the job done, with your clients, before beginning the work. It might help the client & you be more aware of what is ahead. Thank you Scott. I would definitely recommend him and already have to some friends in the area.
