I have over 20 years experience in the building trades and a solid history in home surgery for 15 years, . I started drawing county approved plans for new construction homes when I was 16. The company I worked for then, started the development my parents were living in at the time. The company also owned the land development division, construction division and real estate division. The company was all inclusive and I was able to gain experience in all fields related to construction. Home improvements, repairs and remodels is totally different than construction, its more like surgery. You have to be way more careful in remodeling. Careful not to damage your living space while working in the work space, Example: no tool belts are worn in your residence to prevent wall damage, the list goes on. WE LIKE TO COMMUNICATE !!!
