Went through this service because I liked the set up. Hired these people,early morning and received a few texts but no confirmation until I threatened to try someone else. This man finally called my husband after 6 pm after I had told him that he was now at work and you will have to call in the morning when he got off to see if we would give him another opportunity. Instead of waiting like I had asked for my husband to get off work,he calls h anyway! My husband came home and said that they will be by today at 10a.m. He never showed nor called to say he wouldn't. Thumbtacks set up app. Is easy to maneuver but what difference does it make when you represent lousy businesses. It just makes your Company look seriously bad. I was a new consumer, I will go back to Angie's List any day.
