He even came after work hours to put a temporary cover to patch a hole on the wall where the beam was going to be extracted from because it was raining that night. He would call to update me when his workers were arriving or if they will be late. His team completed the projects on time and cleaned up the areas they worked in nicely before they left. Laura yu says, "When I noticed some cracks on the smooth stucco of the exterior wall of my house, I scheduled a free consultation with Alpha. Assuming I would not get an honest assessment and estimate, I hired a structural engineer to inspect my house beforehand. Then Mr. Erinn Rusnak came for the free estimate. After a very thorough inspection, he surprised me by saying that there was no reason to panic because there was no need to do any work to the foundation. I went on to make inquiries about waterproofing my garage, he said it was not necessary but he would give me a proposal anyway. Within a week, I received a very professional proposal from Mr. Erinn Rusnak. I am extremely impressed with the expertise and integrity he has demonstrated. I am also ashamed of myself for not trusting them at the beginning. Although ive decided not to do the garage at the moment, I will definitely consider the company for my future foundation repair needs."See more
