The estimate was on point and transparent, which I highly appreciate. The build lasted 4 days although estimated for 5 total days so that was nice surprise. We started with the design and Alex gave a ton of ideas and colors, the layout of where everything should go, and the finishes like concrete and stucco. He even drew it all on the spot with the computer so we could get an idea of what it would look like. They communicated so well throughout the entire process, and the workers were always on time. Alex always made himself available to us! Glad to be the first reveiw on this new platform for them!"See more

Laura yu says, "When I noticed some cracks on the smooth stucco of the exterior wall of my house, I scheduled a free consultation with Alpha. Assuming I would not get an honest assessment and estimate, I hired a structural engineer to inspect my house beforehand. Then Mr. Erinn Rusnak came for the free estimate. After a very thorough inspection, he surprised me by saying that there was no reason to panic because there was no need to do any work to the foundation. I went on to make inquiries about waterproofing my garage, he said it was not necessary but he would give me a proposal anyway. Within a week, I received a very professional proposal from Mr. Erinn Rusnak. I am extremely impressed with the expertise and integrity he has demonstrated. I am also ashamed of myself for not trusting them at the beginning. Although ive decided not to do the garage at the moment, I will definitely consider the company for my future foundation repair needs."See more
