Talked to him and he sounded great over the phone. We asked him to come down. He said he would. He never showed. Sent a message asking him why didn't he show and he never responded. If he wasn't going to show I don't understand why would he tell us he would be there. Also, I don't understand why he wouldn't offer an explanation as to why he no called no show. I'm very very sorry about how that all transpired there was some personal issues of my own that interfered with my communication and overall follow through . Again I am very very sorry for that inconvenience.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is usually by job unless the particular job needs more attention to assess in which case it's sometimes better to do the hourly rate. We work with our customers to make the experience the best and most cost effective that it can be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First is the problem. Then we provide ideas for solutions to that problem. We like to meet the customers for consultation first to assess the issue and get to know them and what they are looking to have done specifically.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?12 years in the trade. 4 years of apprenticeship school.
