Junior is reasonable guy, he did a decent job. Tile cutting could have been better on the edges. one advise to you Junior, next time bring your own tools, and don't charge the customer for it. Also, if you agree on price and time, just get back to the customer if you cannot make it for any reason.
BTW, the screw you promised to cut, to fix the hanging fixture is still loose.
