Lou's Painting company did an amazing job on the exterior of my two- story house. In addition to painting, several window trims damaged by rot were repaired and replaced and the brick walk was power washed to remove lichen. Lou scheduled the estimate at the time convenient for me and arrived on time. He was very professional, took notes, and we discussed various options. His estimate was sent in a timely manner and was very reasonable. He was flexible and accommodated my requests to postpone his work until another project was completed in the back yard. Both Lou and Rodrigo were very neat, thorough, and attentive to details. They cared about the quality of their work and always sought feedback when we met. All my concerns were addressed without delay, it was easy to communicate via phone or email. I was worried about using spray paint above my brand new deck, however, there was not a single spot or any damage. I will definitely hire Lou's Painting company again for all my painting projects.
He was quick, affordable and did a great job. I had him install 2 cabinets in my laundry room, 4 cellular shades, smoke detectors and a hang board... there were no issues or surprises.
On time. Worked hard to resolve our issues. Nice guys. Happy to refer them for disposal and faucet installations!
I hired Jimmy to paint all of the trim on the first floor of my home, including windows and doors. He was always prompt to respond, and worked on our schedule. My wife was pregnant at the time and he even went out of his way to find paint and primer with the lowest amount of VOC possible. Jimmy is easy to work with, and listens. Pricing is fair with the market. Having never done this before one thing I will say is predictably the sanding process is messy. It happened to be done in my garage because of rain, and left quite a bit of dust, so be prepared for that. Would recommend.
We went with Virgil to do a complet renovation. We decided on final siding, a small addition, deck, porch, nee flooring, and some demolition. In every aspect Virgil and his team were absolutely amazing. Virgil always went above and beyond what was expected! He made our visions become a reality. He was knowledgeable and provided soich valuable insight. Alomg the way we decided on a few extras and Virgil and his crew took on the requests with no question. Perfection is a downplay!! I would highly recommend Virgil and would definately use him again for any future projects!
.RMPaolino Construction was contracted to remodel my unfinished basement and install baseboard heat throughout my house. Mr. Paolino and his team did an outstanding job planning and accomplishing this difficult job. The work was scheduled so that it caused me very little inconvenience and all phases of the job were completed on schedule. All of the work and construction materials were of professional grade, and the overall price tag was more than reasonable. I intend to hire Mr. Paolino to do other work on my property. Because my house is 114 years old, many adjustments and accommodations had to be made in order to accomplish everything I wanted. Nevertheless, Mr. Paolino worked around all of the obstacles and got everything done that I requested. And it looks great. I highly recommend his services. The overall project included the items listed below. 1. Cleared the basement of all junk and debris. 2. Removed the old boiler from the basement and 12 radiators and pipes throughout the house. 3. Removed all of the old steam piping, old excess electrical wires and unused gas lines running through the basement. 4. Removed all artificial walls, ceilings and floors throughout the basement. 5. Installed a brand new modern boiler and enclosed it with walls with sliding doors for access. 6. Installed baseboard heaters throughout the three-story house. 7. Replaced numerous copper water pipes with fiberglass pipes and insulated the copper piping that was not replaced. 8. Replaced seven basement windows with new windows. 9. Restored the worn brick walls of the basement 10. Framed the entire basement and installed insulation. 11. Installed and painted dry wall throughout the basement. 12. The electrical circuit box was replaced and electrical and cable ready outlets were installed all around the walls. The electrical circuit breaker, gas meter and water meter were enclosed in a small room with an access door. 13. A utility area was created on a raised platform where a washer, dryer, and sink were installed. 14. The basement floor was covered with an industrial strength carpet. 15. A drop ceiling with large panels with embedded florescent lights was installed.
Bill did a great job cleaning our basement. He was thorough, and hard-working. All in all, he was a very nice man, very helpful!
Due to damage sustained removing ice dams, our entire roof had to be replaced. Even with substantial ares of an unexpected four layers of roof shingles, Kevin kept to his word and kept us informed every step of he way. He maintained his price, did the job professionally, quickly and cleaned up after. His workers were awesome. We hope to work with Boston Restorations again in the future.
The job was exterior paining of an old stucco home in Boston. Raul did a really good job. It's all in the details… the careful prep, the proper application of the primer and top coats. He took the time and did it right. He's committed to customer satisfaction and his prices are fair and reasonable. He has good quality control with the employees and I intend to use his services in the future.
Matt and his crew did a beyond amazing job on our yard clean up/poison ivy spraying/removal project. He came out promptly to give us an estimate and then returned within a week to do the work. The guys even worked during pouring rain. His prices were fair and work was great so we will definitely be calling Neighborhood Pros Landscaping for future landscaping projects. The backyard looks amazing!
Had some spray foam insulation done. Claudio was prompt and professional. He didn't try to unnecessarily upsell me. Easy to work with and very responsive. very happy with the results.
I had them do my Master bathroom, with design tiles on back wall of the Jacuzzi tub and the floors. It took four days from start to finish, and that was tiling and coming back after dried to finish grouting. I admire the work each day, and will be using them for the pool in the spring. I had this done two months ago, I am in Weston. There price was good, they cleaned up each day they left and took all trash. Before starting job we went over everything twice to make sure it was what we wanted and we did make changes to there expertise in the business. I highly recommend them.
I recently had Beantown reside my home. Jim DelPrete, the “face” of Beantown Home Improvements, is very knowledgeable, articulate, and professional. After listening to his presentation, I was amazed at how thorough he was in providing information. He was readily available by phone during the installation and made regular visits to the site to inspect progress. He was very easy to work with. I had three companies offer quotes for this job and Beantown was the highest bidder. Nevertheless, I chose them because of the 1) extremely organized written bid that documented everything, 2) the recommended blueskin insulation (I feel my home is totally insulated from any moisture), 3) the excitement and pride expressed by previous clients of Beantown whom I called for references, and most of all 4) the integrated J-Channel material offered only by Beantown that conceals all joints around windows and doors. Typically there is a visible J channel surrounding windows, which is aesthetically awkward looking. Once I saw the integrated channel work I knew this is what I wanted for my home! The crew that worked on my home was pleasant, communicative, and professional. Some of my impressions: • They were at my home by 7:30 am and left around 5:30/6:00 pm. • They worked hard – 10 hour days! • They were there every day until the installation was complete. • All debris was cleaned up EVERY DAY. • They seemed to be proud of their work. • They finished the project several days early. Yes, I paid a bit more for this higher quality. I typically have “buyers remorse” on these types of projects. This time, however, I was truly excited with the final result and so pleased that I chose to pay a little more for this high quality result! I’m sure the other companies would have done a good job as well, but it would only have been just a job. This quality is a result of the PROCESSES used in the application of materials. The extra touches Beantown provided (ie. new electrical outlets, new dryer/exhaust vent hoods, lighting fixtures, gutters) made the difference between “just a job” and an aesthetic enhancement of my home! I am so excited and proud of the way my home looks!!! I highly recommend Beantown without any reservations!
