Evelyn Ranone is one of the hardest working real estate agents I have ever worked with. She is meticulous and an expert in the field of short sales/real estate. I was not living in Rhode Island while my house was on the market for short sale, it was comforting to know that I could rely on Evelyn to take care of business related items towards the sale of my house. It takes a high level of tolerance for someone to take me as a client, and Evelyn demonstrated patience with me. Going through a short sale is a very tense, emotional, and scary part of anyone's life. Evelyn engaged me in every step, educated me on the process, and informed me of all updates as they occurred.     When looking for someone to speak with you about buying, selling or helping you with a property you can no longer afford, remember to speak with someone who has a proven record of experience and continued education. Also make sure that that person wants to help you and not just sell your home/investment. My job is to help you achieve your real estate goals whether that means selling your house or not.
