We would like to thank you for your excellent work today fixing our fridge/freezer. You did the work professionally and expeditiously. You were the third technician here for this problem and the only one that did the repair properly. You stayed until you were sure that the fridge was working properly, not only that, but you also doubled checked hours later by phone calls to ensure that things were going good. We were without a fridge for almost 3 weeks, we wish you were the first tech that came, you would have saved us a lot of money and aggravation. We spent a great deal on takeout food waiting for a competent tech to finally fix it. Thank you very much, your employer is certainly fortunate to have such a professional and caring repairman representing them.
