- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different. No two jobs can be Bid on the same way at the same pricing. That being said, Man power, materials, equipment, permits, disposal costs and any sub contractor costs all go in to a total bid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Constant communication to build trust with each other.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On the Job training year round. Codes are always changing and new products are always being Introduced into the market. Research for Custom Remodels enables me to learn through the needs of my customers. I am always working on site, so classroom time is not possible. Learning BY Doing is Best for me.
