Latest Review: RLS was super-responsive; from start to finish, working with Robyn and her team was a breeze. I was deciding between RLS and another company I found on Thumbtack... I'm so glad we chose RLS! We had two jobs: one deep-cleaning our new house, the other, deep-cleaning our rental. The prices for both were very reasonable. They did everything in the new place, including windows inside and out. I'm super-demanding in terms of cleanliness and, on the walk-through afterward with Robyn, found a few spots in the kitchen that had been missed (they did the kitchen last, at the end of a long day). So, I pointed them out and she and her team took care of it. I still ended up cleaning the sink strainers myself, and parts of the counter tops were dirty/gritty, but the they're a swirly mess of browns and it's nearly impossible to see dirt. I am sure, had I noticed this before they left, they would have taken care of this, too. Overall, I was so happy not to have to spend the hours and hours I'd normally spend when moving into a new place. A little over a week later, RLS was scheduled to clean our rental. Wouldn't you know it, that was the day the power went out for much of RI! This was the second to last day of the month and we were supposed to be out on the 31st. Because RLS wouldn't be able to reschedule until three days later, we decided to have them go ahead and do the place, except for the floors. They did a remarkable job, given less than ideal lighting/circumstances! Again, what a huge relief not to have to clean... it took my husband and me nearly two hours just to sweep and mop the floors. Bottom line, using RLS for both jobs was WORTH EVERY PENNY!
