We hired 99Handy to install a washer and gas dryer. Installation was great, only issue was apparently someone was supposed to call and move our 10am appointment to 2pm, and never did. We waited around for more than an hour before calling them to discover the scheduling issue.
We had water leaking in our basement and had a feeling our sump pump was not functioning properly. Anthony was able to drain the water and stop the leaking immediately, and within 2 hours we had a new sump pump installed. He was polite, efficient and frankly, saved the day! We look forward to referring him to our friends and family, as he did a wonderful job!
We had a sump pump installed. Very friendly and professional. Would recommend.
Whenever it rains very hard or during thunderstorm, the water would come inside through driveway into garage since it was in slope, so I needed sump pump to install as soon as possible. They came right away. Whenever I asked them questions, they answered fully and gave ideas on how to make it better. I would definitely recommend Strongmen Waterproofing to others.
Installed a toilet and new valve for us. Great job! Very reasonable prices!
4.5 stars. Jason replaced the sump pump in my basement. Communication and scheduling was easy. Jason came to my house at the time we agreed to and quickly completed the job. There was no cleanup needed afterwards and the quality of the work seems to be good (have to wait for the heavy rain to be sure if everything works as it should). I bought the pump so the charge came to hourly (2hr minimum) and materials. I'm taking 1/2 star off due to material (pipes/fittings) charge which I thought was a bit high, but I'm not a plumber so could be wrong. It may be reasonable. Overall very good service and I can fully recommend Jason for residential plumbing services.
Ryan did a great job! He replaced my tub spout and shower head. Installed an even better shower head than I expected. I would definitely use him again.
These guys were excellent. I got a young guy who really did a nice job diagnosing the issue and resolving my leaking tub drain on the 3rd floor..
We have used Fulton's Plumbing no less than 75 times on jobs from as small as replacing a hot water heater to plumbing 40 luxury condos. Jason Fulton is a master plumber who can do it all and is professional as well as friendly. Not to mention he is very responsive in emergency situations no matter what the time of day.
Tim and his team where professional and did a fantastic job at installing all new construction window, siding, and doors. They treated my home and family with respect. Tim found additional issues when performing work on my home and was extremely fair with his pricing for the additional repairs. What impressed me and my wife the most was the teams work ethic. Even with the additional add ons and bad weather Tim met his deadline for completion. I would recommend Tim to anyone. Great job guys we love how you transformed the outside of our home.
I had an excellent experience with Neil and his team. I had used another company to water proof my basement with sump pumps this summer but was not happy with the experience, and was still getting water in the basement. Neil came the same day I called him after a big thaw out, and had a team clean up and dry out the basement right away. He then installed a French drain, being careful to identify all leaky areas and even extending the drain longer than we had originally discussed. He even attached hoses to my outdoor drain pipes to move water away from the house without me asking. His price was extremely reasonable and fair. I feel very lucky to have found Neil and highly recommend Water Stoppers.
My job was small, a gate installation at the top of my stairs, but it was done very well and promptly. I use him again.
Brian and his crew go "above and beyond" with their dedication to their customers. We have used them twice. Once for tile cleaning and re-grouting in our bathroom. The day they were scheduled to come was a bad ice storm and they needed to cancel. They re-scheduled but then had problems with one of their trucks and couldn't get to us as planned. We both work full-time and they then re-scheduled at our convenience on a Sunday. The person they sent again had delays related to weather and couldn't arrive until late in the day. He stayed until almost 10:00pm to complete the job, not wanting to inconvenience us any further. The second time we called them was when ice dams caused us to have a leak through the tile ceiling in our bathroom. They scheduled within a few days of our call and had a crew here all day long, as our roof was encased with thick ice dams and huge long icicles and then did not quit until everything was taken care of. We will use them again and often and I would recommend them highly and without any reservation. They are the BEST!!
I had a heat pump water heater installed in addition to all plumbing necessary for a remodeled bathroom. Mason's provided high quality work. In addition, when they said they would be there, they were. Very professional and clear communication!
Ray (and his helper - so sorry I do not remember her name) were absolutely wonderful. From start to finish they listened to everything I needed. The finished work looks awesome. I purchased my own massage tub and they installed it. We did have an issue with the tub not working and Ray went above and beyond to get the answers needed to get the tub working.
Branden did a phenomenal job installing a new sump pump. He was a pleasure to deal with and had great communication and would recommend him.
