- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fitness Rising offers multiple paths to reaching your fitness goals. They are personal training, small group training, monthly online programs, and we also allow people to use our facility without trainers. Personal Training Prices starter pack- 4 sessions - $160 Single session - $60 5 sessions - $275 Packages of 10 or more sessions - $50 per session (10=500,15=750, 20=1000) You are more than welcome to split the cost of a session with a friend or family at anytime. Small Group Training (SGT) Our classes are kept to 4 people or less, as we like to give the feel of personal training at a fraction of the price. We program full body conditioning, that varies each month. $160/month for Unlimited classes Drop in - $20 Ask us about what specials we may be running at the current moment, as these prices may be discounted or have extra perks added at no cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When We Obtain a new Client, we work with them to assess all aspects of their life. We assess mobility, functionality, strengths, weaknesses, imbalances, genetic predispositions, and lifestyle. After gathering as much info as we can, we set forth a plan of attack specific to each persons needs. We focus on safe, effective, and fun programming that stays linear to our ethos.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our trainers are educated and certified by nationally accredited organizations. We are always seeking to learn new techniques and keep up with the latest news and research in the industry. Each year we earn continuing education credits to constantly better ourselves and deliver more value to our customers.
