- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?For lessons: I do not charge cancellation fees or travel fees, lessons are in group packages. For the larger packages there are discounts available as well! For performance/DJ: A 50% deposit is required to secure a date, but you may choose to pay in full at anytime up to the day of show. I provide all equipment and setup/breakdown.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Try to figure out what they love about music, what their goals are, and then build a practical road map toward those goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Undergrad: Magna Cum Laude - Berklee College of Music. Currently pursuing my master’s degree with Berklee as well.
