She's very clear and helpful with working through the whole process of determining what you want and what you'll need, and she's a calming presence during a stressful (and joyful!) event. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I strive to make my pricing affordable while still providing amazing results. My pricing is transparent and right on my website. Throughout the year I will offer certain specials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typical process for working with a new customer is to chat via email or phone to begin and then set up a in person consult when possible to meet in person. I know my clients are very busy, especially when you add planning a wedding in the mix, so I always tell them whatever is easiest for them in terms of communication works for me. Skype meetings or ice-cream and coffee all work for me! I am completely flexible to the clients needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 10 years of professional experience photographing weddings and engagements. I have a Bachelors of Art from Rhode Island College. I often take online courses and webinars to stay up to date on the latest photography trends, editing styles, and products.
