- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing has a lot to do with a client's monthly click cost budget. Larger budgets generally require a larger campaign build. Larger budgets also require more time managing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with an introductory phone call. I ask that you complete a short 10 answer questionnaire about your business and objectives. With a completed questionnaire I begin the keyword analysis and campaign build. Everything is reviewed with you prior to launch. Only with your written approval does your campaign go live. If you elect to have me manage your campaign I'll begin management once the campaign goes live. Campaign management consists of identifying problems and opportunities. There are so many things to do to optimize your campaigns it will make your head spin. Performance reports are delivered the first week of the month in Excel format with accompanying recently completed work, insights and recommendations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the search marketing industry since 2000 as an employee for five years, an agency employee for five more years and I've been freelancing for the last five years. I've been an AdWords certified professional since 2003 and I've been a Google Agency Partner for the past four years
