Planning the event, Mike was extremely responsive and professional and worked with me to tailor a few different menu options. As part of the experience, we added an interactive cooking class where we learned how to make a few different kinds of pasta. Everyone really enjoyed it. Mike and his business partner, Peter, arrived on time, set up everything that we needed, and were fun to work with. They were knowledgeable, personable, and clearly experienced. The pre-dinner charcuterie and 3-course meal they served was nothing short of excellent. The menu was thoughtful, the ingredients fresh, and everything was well prepared and delicious. At the end of the night, the kitchen was spotless. I can't recommend Mike and Peter enough, and I will no doubt invite them back to cater more events!"See more
