Introduction: I work as a caterer and private chef on a part-time basis. I am beginning to run cooking classes in Warren, RI at Hope & Main. I went to culinary school at the International Culinary Center and then cooked in NYC for three years. What I think makes my business successful and different is that while delivering a beautiful, delicious product, I am a low-key, calm, talkative person who likes discussing food and passing along all the culinary techniques that I learned in school and in restaurants in NYC.
