From the start, Adam was very professional, meeting to do a walk-through of the house prior to the cleaning service which we scheduled shortly after that. The crew that came out to the house did a great job, but after a few weeks they scheduled a job with us and never showed up and never came back, just disappeared. We tried to contact them (text, email, thumbtack) but we never heard back. We don't know what happened. We have been using Clearview Cleaning Service for over a year now. We have had other housekeepers in the past but none were as good as the staff at Clearview. Kelly & Jess do a thorough and complete job on our home every single week. They are meticulous in there work and nothing is left undone. Adam, the owner, is responsive to our needs. He is flexible if for some reason we need to reschedule our cleaning for a different day. Even our dog loves the staff! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing system is rather standard to our industry levels. However, we are an independent company. We have an overhead to cover. Our fees include workable man hours, our insurances and taxes. We are a cleaning service NOT a maid service. There is a difference between the two types of companies. A maid service does light up keeping of your home. Our company is a "cleaning service" that provides a detailed thorough cleaning on our visits to your home. We are not a single person company and we are not a franchise that has royalty fees to cover in our pricing. However we do charge for our quality, attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning. We try to be in the middle of both a single person business and a franchise, for pricing. Most customers would rather pay slightly extra from the Maid service fees to ensure a deep quality thorough cleaning is done when we are hired to clean your home.. Most find our prices fair for what we do in work. We will always do a free in house assesment to discuss services and cleaning details with all customers before even scheduling a cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We will do a free in house assesment to discuss services and view the home to ensure that all cleaning details are covered before we will even schedule a cleaning date. We will go over our company service and practices and meet with the customer to answer any questions they may have. This ensures the customer who they have hired and who will be at their home cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Here at Clearview Cleaning customer service is our biggest goal. We can never learn enough about communication skills,interacting with customers, or how to provide top quality services in our industry. We are always trying to improve these strengths so that customer satisfaction is our number one goal. There are always new methods of cleaning and new products to use. Green cleaning is on the uprise and so isnt the cleaning profession. Marketing is our biggest challenge because there are so many different lines of cleaning and many people to do it. Score is a webinar that helps alot of companies provide the best services to their business. It teaches us how to grow and to interact with our customers. It is a great way to learn new ideals for our company. Also education is a high priorty for myself and my company. I am attending CCRI for continuing education in the business field. There is never enough to learn!
