Andrew responded very quickly to our inquiry. Andrew and his team came and removed essentially a 1/2 acre of junk in a couple of days...it would have taken us a month! The inside of the house was equally a mess...Andrew and his team came in and stripped the entire house down to the studs, removed all the insulation and filled a 30-yard dumpster inside of two days. The amount of work they did in such a short amount of time was simply amazing!! They had to clean two heavily soiled pieces; a leather loves eat and a recliner. Zachary spent a long time on both pieces and the amount of time spent on those pieces showed when done. Both looked considerably cleaner and so much better when done cleaning. I would highly recommend Back to Basics Cleaning Services. Every step of their process was easy; from getting a quote, fair price, on time for appointment and doing an excellent job of cleaning requested pieces. I hired AC/DC for a junk removal job. I had my junk on a tarp in the driveway, ready to be picked up. Communication was very good. The initial response was within an hour of posting my requirement. Messaging after that was pretty quick and we nailed down a time which was the following morning. He arrived exactly at the agreed upon time, 8AM, which I appreciated because I had to commute to work after that. He arrived with a larger truck than needed which is smart because sometimes a picture doesn't convey size that well. After loading all of the junk in the truck, he and his helper folded the tarps and used a push broom and flat shovel to clean up the sand, dirt, and other debris that had accumulated around the tarp, and dump it in their trash barrel which went on the truck. The whole process from requesting the estimate to completion of the job could not have gone any better.
