Molding or baseboards,
Very pleased with Bob and his crew. After two years of being jerked around by various contractors and friends who said they could "easily do this" we finally found RM Paolino Construction. Bob met with us on a Saturday and gave us a detailed estimate with some great cost-saving design changes for our kitchen and bathroom. We signed a contract that following Friday and by Monday morning our bathroom was gutted and on its way. What a relief it's been to deal with a real contractor after all time we wasted with other so called "professionals". Bob has kept us up to speed every step of the way and the bathroom looks great. Can't wait for kitchen to start. Highly recommend RM Construction to anyone looking for a professional, full service contractor who won't give you the run around!May 10, 2018Verified
Mr . Paolino has from the start been very prompt responding to my emails and answering questions. Once we settled on the first project that needed immediate attention, which was my leaking roof, he was here first thing in the morning and completed the work that day. It was just done recently but from what I can see, he has done a very thorough, neat and sound job and I'm very pleased with the results. I plan to continue using his company for several other repairs my aging home needs. It's a pleasure to have someone who can handle all repairs, upgrades and even remodeling instead of searching for individual contractors for these different areas of concern. I would say that anyone can expect to receive services from a man that takes pride in his work with the results, speaking for themselves in quality Yet he also cares that he has satisfied the expectations of his customer's request and needs.Nov 22, 2016Verified
I hired RMPaolino as a handyman/install small bathroom (plumbing already existing) he told me it would take 2 weeks - it is now 2 months later- I am still waiting for the finished result that was paid for. The walls were plastered only at the seams not the full wall , the walls are bumpy not smooth, the vanity is not attached to the wall the sink is not attached to the vanity no caulking was used, the paint job is a mess has to be repainted, the wood work around the door does not meet together at seams , the wood baseboard have been glued not nailed in , uneven tile cuts around shower stall, shower hot ,cold are reversed , the nob is also loose, the drop ceiling is awful it was put in to tight and close to the pipes (one tile with a chip on it was also installed) Robert is a nice person , but is not true to his words , he tells you one thing and does another! he did clean up after himself , disposed of any left over materials and debris around, he also brought in a fence co. to fix 2 section of broken picket fence for me (which they did an excellent job, very quick) a different man was brought in to install a new sliding patio and storm door for me he also was excellent and quick great job! I would never recommend RMPaolino for any kind of construction work! He is a very good for clean-ups and as a handyman! I am very sad and disappointed i paid 10,000$ for a very unprofessional bathroom install - i did find this company on thumbtack , so I am hoping they are working with me on this problem! ( so far they are thank you)Oct 31, 2015Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Most of the time because of my time in the business I try and listen and keep it real sometime there's more to be done then they figured and that always set's a price
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Try and get to know them not always easy in a short period of time But I'm always listening in one ear and keeping 1 eye on what they want done to see if it can happen the way they want it to
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?On the job training as I was going up working with larger company's now I have over 25yrs in the busn.
