Introduction: I've cultivated a thorough understanding of customers' needs (dietary restrictions, culinary trends, modes of hospitality) through 10+ years of varied and high profile professional and private experience serving as a Sous Chef and Executive Chef for award winning restaurants in the greater Rhode Island area as well as private chef for numerous high profile clients. I am looking to continue my work as a personal/private chef, partnering with respectful and enthusiastic clients to fulfill their needs preferably on a full-time, live-off, ongoing basis.  I hold a B.S. in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University and a Graduate Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University. Taylor is an incredibly talented chef. He is curious, passionate, and very skilled - basically the best chef you could ask for if you are a food lover. He can cook in just about any kitchen, and does not miss a single detail. Taylor has been cooking for me once a week - I am a pastry chef myself- I love to eat, I love to cook, but I just don't have the time to make my family the kind of dinner I dream about every night. Taylor makes my food dreams come true! He listens to what my preferences are, and always has fresh, fabulous ideas. I can't recommend him enough!

I have used Taylor to cater several parties, each with different numbers of guests, settings, menus, etc, and he did a wonderful job with each one. Taylor's food was consistently excellent and creative. He is also very responsive to particular requests and can modify his recipes to suit particular tastes.
