Having Kyie as my personal trainer is like having a personal coach, someone with the knowledge and experience. Who will push you to be better! Kyie was hard but I can honestly say I left the gym feel strong!

All I can saw is...wow. Mica is probably one of he most informed, driven, and inspirational trainers I've worked with. She's always honest with me and our sessions are never boring. I've lost a couple pounds in the past few weeks already and my abs are starting to look more toned. She taught me that losing weight isn't what training is all about, it's about eating right so I can lead a healthier life. Ryan offerred a free trial, which I think is fabulous. Not only did the trial include a 1-hour full-body workout (with his personal attention the entire time), Ryan also spent a full 2 hours discussing his workout program, nutrition, calculated % body fat and how his program would meet my fitness goals. This is way more than I expected for a free trial session! I signed up and am really looking forward to working with Ryan, who is very personable & motivating in a very encouraging way. Besides the workout, clients will email Ryan their food log & get feedback. The price cannot be beat for this type of dedicated personal trainer! I highly recommend Ryan's services.
Working with Ryan has been a transformative experience for me to say the least. I have always worked out, but never with a personal trainer. I thought, “I know how to lift weights and do sit ups!”. Well, I found out that I didn’t know as much as I thought I did. While working with Ryan I learned how to specifically isolate my problem areas. (flabby arms, stomach etc.) One of the things I appreciated the most was the thoroughness of Ryan’s instruction. He explained how each exercise he added to my regiment affected different areas of my body. Ryan is serious about helping you reach your work out goals, and he has a gracious spirit with a can-do and positive attitude. I went from not being able to do one push-up to doing ten respectable push—ups!! Thanks Ryan!
Janey is amazing. His enthusiasm, professionalism and fun attitude completely changed my perspective on personal training. For less than two months, I have developed so much confidence on weight training/ interval training and really started to see results of my training. My legs have gotten much stronger and I have lost two pounds of fat in exchange for muscles. Most importantly, I have developed a habit of going to the gym even outside our personal training sessions. David is an awesome trainer. Very professional but at the same time, kind and friendly. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of physical fitness. He will adopt a program that fits your individual needs to get you the results you are looking for. He will help keep you motivated by mixing up your workouts so that you never get bored by the same old routine. He knows how to get you to challenge yourself and push yourself harder than you think you are capable of all while also knowing when you are at your limit and need to take a break or modify what you are doing. I have personally seen results that I had only dreamed I could achieve. Revival Fitness is a small place, not a "gym", so you will get a one on one workout with David and usually only a few other people in the place at the same time so you don't have to worry about feeling intimidated. I started working with Micah a year and a half ago. I wanted to get a personal trainer in preparation for my wedding so I could look and feel my best for my special day. Alan helped me get back into shape after taking the summer off due to a surgery on my wrist. I’m feeling stronger than I ever have! I’ve been training with Aimee for 6 months. She is very supportive-keeping in contact with me throughout the week and not just during my workout sessions. She is upbeat, positive and easy to work with. Aimee helps me work through my setbacks and obstacles. Not only is she a true certified personal trainer, but Aimee has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. In other words, Aimee knows how to help you overcome your personal demons at the gym! Tom Doherty is an amazing personal trainer. Over the past 25 years, I have sought personal training expertise from at least 10 different individuals and interviewed twice as many. Sometimes, I was looking for help to tone and build strength. Other times, I was seeking a training program for a particular race or to participate in a particular athletic adventure (e.g. mountain climbing or a road bike tour). Over the years, I discovered that most trainers were basically offering the same thing, but maybe with a few different machines or a few different exercises. Tom’s skill set is one I have not come close to finding in any other professional. In addition to his bachelors degree in exercise physiology and experience working with college athletes as well as golfers, he has pursued extensive ongoing training in functional exercise and has developed a significant expertise in corrective exericse. He can recognize specific weaknesses or areas where the body is compensating for other places where it shouldn’t be. He has helped me recover from countless minor issues with pain or injury as well as significant issues with back pain which had sidelined me from most athletic activities. He loves what he does and it shows. He is funny, engaging and has a range of interests and experiences that are inspiring and thought provoking. He is knowledgeable about overall fitness as well as ultimate sports. He has raced in many marathons as well as 100+ mile team races. He is an avid snow boarder, runner, golfer and mountain bike rider. But, most importantly, professionally, he is intensely focused on each individual client’s health and well-being, paying particular attention to the person’s goals, blind spots, habits, motivations, and practices. His assessments of overall body balance, alignment and strength along with one’s injuries, pain, and endurance/fitness are targeted and informative. He educates clients about their particular body status and puts training plans together that prioritize the right set of strengthening and repair (as needed), so that whatever needs addressing first receives the right attention. He understands injuries and how other professional interventions can assist recovery (e.g. physical therapy, acupuncture, massage, etc.), so his training programs can work in conjunction with such therapies. His expertise is appropriate for those wishing to develop more elite athletic skills to those healing from injuries, eager to get back in shape. While his main client population is adults (ages 20s to 50s), he also has expertise in working with older adults and teenagers. He has had great success engaging older adults who may have lifelong habits, practices or injuries that need repair and correction along with light education. His training programs are targeted for the appropriate strength, mobility and capacities of the older individual. On the other end of the spectrum, he is a fabulous trainer of adolescents, girls and boys, understanding the different body types, developmental issues and appropriate training guidelines that can help educate young people about their own bodies as well as about their fitness capacities and goals. I highly recommend Tom as a personal trainer for these many different populations and targeted needs. He excels in this profession he loves. He is far more sophisticated than most “standard” personal trainers. He is committed to what he does and to ongoing learning about new developments and approaches in his various areas of expertise. Clients will learn far more than they might have imagined in their work with Tom Doherty.
Tyrell is one of the best trainers I've had over the years. He really knows his stuff... Including nutrition. He's always willing to go the extra mile to help me. I actually enjoy coming to the gym now. I've never had gains like this in my entire life.
I have trained with Louise for over three years. As a trainer she knows your individual strengths and weaknesses and works with you to improve on them. Her routines change on a regular basis as to not create muscle memory. She is a great motivator, very uplifting and a pleasure to work out with. I highly recommend her as a trainer.
