Mike did a great job on the demolition of the old lath/plaster ceilings in our rennovation. He was ready to start as soon as I had the permit and completed the job quickly. He completed the job on time and for the price he quoted. I am looking to use him for some other work during the rennovation.

Construction Experts completed several jobs for me. Small projects such as organizing before the construction began and every step in the middle was handled. It was a worry free remodel for my family and I. They will be maintaining my home and I am more than happy to help a company that searches to be socially responsible as they do. Great quality!

As a real estate investor, I've had a lot of experience with contractors and I must say Universal Home Renovations is head and shoulders above the rest. Most contractors will promise you the world, but Richard and his team actually back it up. They did what they said they were going to do, and they showed up when they said they would (that's rare in this business). Their prices were good, the work was excellent and they were a true pleasure to work with. I wish I had found these guys sooner and I will definitely use them again!

I can’t recommend Equity Builders highly enough for any level of remodeling or renovation jobs you may be doing. We recently remodeled our kitchen and bath, and having worked in real estate/property management, I have worked with contractors and know when I am working with someone who takes genuine pride in the quality of the work they’re and that certainly describes Equity Builders. They were also very conscientious about soliciting our feedback every step of the way and ensuring that we were happy with the work and the final product. Remodeling, or any kind of renovation whether big or small can be stressful, having Equity Builders as our contractor really helped alleviate the majority of our concerns. I will definitely be calling them for any future renovations we may have. Diamela Kodra Real Estate Professional NextGen Realty

I was recommended at first by another neighbor for painting services. They were excellent and painted almost my entire house, high ceilings and all. When I didn't like the color of one main room. No issues, he said pick another color and we will be back tomorrow for an extra day. Then I learned they provided a variety of services and they became my general contractor and build an in-law apartment. The level of attention and detail was incredible. When he sad he would be there he was, when he couldn't he always called. After it was complete we had a slight problem with the air condition, which had initially been working fine for months, I called, they came immediately and corrected it. No questions asked. I call them for everything even when last year we needed someone to take a look at what was going on up on the roof with all the snow. From Plumbing, Electricians, HVAC, Carpentry, and Painting this is one stop shopping. No need to look further. We have recommended them to many people and people always ask who did the work at our home. Also no surprising costs like some other people we got quotes from. We live in an upper class neighborhood and his work is impeccable. Ask take a look at photos at some of the work they've done. I gladly and highly recommend using their services.

There were no surprises. They did what they agreed to do and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. That includes managing other sub contractors' work. Working with Evan was a pleasure; when I called Evan on the phone he always returned the call the same day and did not make me wait. Evan understands that his customer's time is just as important as his own time and that communication in a timely manner is highly valued by his customers. I would recommend Dubuc Excavating Co., Inc. to anyone looking for a reliable contractor at an honest price.

Jose placed new tile and a toilet in my bathroom, replaced a damaged wall and baseboard, and contracted to have painting done once all was finished. The job took 4 days as Jose quoted and he was there everyday without fail. Jose was informative and went above and beyond to address my many concerns. There was an issue with the toilet leaking and Jose came back to return the damaged toilet and replaced it with a better model. He also painted an area of the bathroom in which the painter neglected to do and replaced new bathroom fixtures and blinds. He also followed up with Waste Management for me when they neglected to pick up the debris in front of my home. Overall, it was a good experience considering stories I've heard from other home owners and their issues with contractors/workers. I would definitely do business with JAM Tile and Remodeling again!

We hired Thomas to gut out our kitchen, cabinets and everything right down to the subflooring. He and his colleague did a fantastic job! On a personal level, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with, was flexible from a scheduling perspective, great communication and punctual. They worked non-stop and were very neat and considerate about not messing up other areas, even though the rest of the house is under construction. His price was fair and he even hauled away the debris. We will definitely be happy to do business with him again. Thanks Thomas!

I hired Tise Home Builders to remodel my kitchen in Brookline, MA. At first I was reluctant when they suggested using Ikea cabinetry but, after it was completed, I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The Corian counter tops and the back splash tiles they suggested look fantastic. The project stayed on budget and was completed on time. The crew at THB went to great lengths to set up a dust free protection barriers during demolition and construction and that went a long way to make the house livable while the construction was being done. If I ever need help with another construction project, THB is the first company I will call. Highly recommended.

I had them do my Master bathroom, with design tiles on back wall of the Jacuzzi tub and the floors. It took four days from start to finish, and that was tiling and coming back after dried to finish grouting. I admire the work each day, and will be using them for the pool in the spring. I had this done two months ago, I am in Weston. There price was good, they cleaned up each day they left and took all trash. Before starting job we went over everything twice to make sure it was what we wanted and we did make changes to there expertise in the business. I highly recommend them.

Benny is a wonderful contractor, we originally had him re-frame a very badly damaged door frame, he did an excellent job and provided exact costs for not only work but materials. Afterwards we also had him install a new deck which came out amazing. It's nice to have a reliable contractor available in the case we need things done. He stands behind his work and always provides excellent communications throughout a project
