Eric is a conscientious and pleasant person in nature to deal with. I have found him professional and highly skilled. I had described the issues I was having prior to his arrival and planned on a certain scope of work to be done. After Eric reviewed the situation I had, he was honest about not feeling the need to replace something that didn't really need replacing. Not many contractors would reveal that and just replace to charge more. We had a glitch or two with scheduling and timing of appointments, but we worked it out. Eric has integrity and does the right thing. I will definitely hire Quality Repair Services again.

Steve has been helping us with some long-needed home repair work. He has re-screened our porch, replaced our corner boards on the home, cleaned out our gutters (up three stories in the back, and then hopped across the roof!!!), replaced the downspouts, replaced some clapboards, and is currently replacing sills and window trim on all of our windows. His work has been outstanding, and he is the nicest gentleman, always polite, knowledgable, and helpful with providing cost-saving pointers. I have already been recommending him to others, and am looking forward to having him back to do some interior work for us in the Fall.

Joe came here to fix our garbage disposal, which he did quickly and also advised us on some other home repair questions we had - also was super considerate, even made sure cats were ok while he was looking at some swelling on our patio door frame (door was open)

I lucked out choosing John. I think his engineering knowledge brings excellence to whatever he needs to repair and/or fix for you. He took care of a intricate Bose speaker disconnection problem and took the time to trouble shoot & straighten out cable connections for surround sound & TV picture problem. All at a reasonable price and in a timely manner.

I had a small repair job that I needed done on my carpet. I had a really hard time finding someone who was willing to do such a small repair. Thankfully, Shawn Selden from Sharp Skill Floor Coverings saved the day! He came out to my home and took care of the repair, no problem. He was an incredibly nice guy! very courteous and honest. Shawn was upfront on pricing and was very reasonable. I am writing this review with complete satisfaction & happiness. Nilso & team came to a repair at my house organized and efficiently. He was prompt to assess the work, give an estimate and began the following week as promised despite the huge snowstorm. There was repair carpentry work from water damage and Nilso was able to stabilize a window, repair walls as well as fix my banister. Nilso noticed the loose railing and asked me if he could repair it for me. As a mother of 4, I appreciated how thoughtful this was for him to do. His team cleaned up thoroughly and were very respectful of our home and space. We feel he was priced reasonably and are more than happy with the work produced. We will definately be using Nilso again in the future and are happy to endorse his business. Thank you very much!

Can't say enough about their communication and responsiveness. James stayed in touch with me on a regular basis and was very detailed and thoughtful in his style. They came in the midst of noreaster fallout with a million roofs in need of repair. His son was equally as personable and did a great job not only repairing the damage we called on but also addressing old repairs that weren't finished correctly. I can't say enough great things about them. Highly recommend.
