I recently decided to try yoga. I have never really done it before so I was really nervous about going to a yoga studio and being the only one that couldn't do it! A freind of mine suggested I contact Lisa. She was quick to respond and was extremely professional. I have had three private sessions so far and I can't say enough about her. I have leaned so much from her and she offers modifications for things I'm not able to do properly. I would highly recommend Lisa. She's an excellent instructor!

Lora gave me private lessons over a period of 4 weeks so that I would be better prepared for a yoga classroom. Lora well describes her approach. She definitely knows what she is doing. I was impressed with the breadth of her knowledge and how she was able to call on a combination of movements that allowed me to become much more flexible in a very short span of time. She was able to demonstrate the movements with grace, stability, and ease. And she was able to calmly and clearly communicate adjustments that I needed to make to get closer to the appropriate postures. And she definitely took the time at the end to find out what impact the sessions were having on me, so that she could incorporate that into succeeding sessions. I'm a senior and inexperienced in yoga, but I am athletic and had some flexibility to start.
I have been in Catey's group classes and hired her for private as well. I am fully relaxed, and fully myself in Catey's totally nonjudgmental presence. She puts caring thought into her sequences for each style class that she leads. I always appreciate her relevant accompanying playlist. Her narcotic voice both lulls me and grounds me. I have done reiki to open my mind, soul and heart and was surprised at how much better my "self" feels each time we finish a session. I leave with a renewed outlook on life with a sense of clarity. Her yoga classes are perfect for me and can be as challenging or relaxing as you choose. Pre and post pregnancy I found it felt great to just go and enjoy some good stretching. I have also attended Robins meditation workshop and am really eager to try this again. I always feel better and relaxed just being in Robins presence, she just has that effect on people!
Jen is an amazing yoga instructor- she challenges you without pressure or pushing you. Under her weekly instruction, I was able to gain strength and flexibility as well as a deeper focus on breathing and introspection. Her classes have great playlists and a fun flow. She is truly the best instructor, I have found and would recommend her classes without reservation!

I have been practicing yoga with Megan Bradshaw for several years. What I like most about Megan is she listens to my concerns and knows my past injuries, so well it's as if they were her own. Megan has given me solid advice for managing my hip injury, a torn ligament in my wrist and hyperextension in my elbows and knees. Megan has also made herself available to me for nutrition advice. She even helped me discover my sensitivity to legumes! I highly recommend Megan for any yoga or nutrition advice.
