At J. Wakim Landscape we can do pricing both by the hour or at a fixed rate per job. We can also phase projects to your needs.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We are a design build service. Whether it is a deck, a greenhouse, a patio, or a simple garden we approach the project the same way. We combine formal architectural education with real world experience. We analyze site conditions, interview the client, create numberous iterations of designs, and work with the client to realize their vision. If the project is complex with many structural elements, we build 3d site models, physical or computer, and place the intervention in the site context. We want the client to fully understand what they are getting before we break ground.
