We have a long, unpaved driveway that's difficult to navigate in the middle of summer, but with the combined snow and drifts from 4 storms, is nearly impossible. Not only did Terry do an amazing job, but after helping pull my husband's truck out of a drift, he got stuck himself. When my husband's truck wasn't equal to the task, he called in a cousin with a wrecker to free them both. I think we all thought the job would take 30-45 minutes, but ended up taking 4 1/2 hours. Despite the bitter windchill, the multiple setbacks and the driveway from hell, Terry went above and beyond to make our lane passable and did so with a heroically upbeat attitude. Amazingly, he's agreed to come back - and we're thrilled!
