Derek responded quickly and came over the same day to evaluate the problem with my stove. He diagnosed the problem and gave us options. Derek was very honest and and I would not hesitate to call him again should I have another appliance that isn’t working!

Refrigerator stopped working Saturday morning. Contacted Derek at about 10:30 a.m. Up and running by 2:00 p.m. He diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes, then spent a couples of hours fixing it. Cost was reasonable. He's definitely on my preferred list.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    $80 Diagnostic fee. I will diagnose the issue with your appliance and give you an estimate to repair. If you decide not to repair the appliance then you will pay only diagnostic fee of $80. The diagnostic fee will cover non repairable issues, instruction to fix your appliance if no part is needed or if the part required to fix the appliance is no longer available.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    It is best to have your make and model number available in order for me to give an accurate estimate. Having pictures and sending them will also help.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have 27 years of experience with Sears Home Services as a lead mentor technician and field instructor.
