Kyie has been my trainer for over a year now. I had my daughter 5 years ago and I had always worked out prior to that. After having her, it was so hard to stay motivated and make time to go to the gym. A friend of mine told me he was training with Kyie so I got Kyie’s information. I started a few weeks later. There have been times when I wanted to quit, but Kyie has always been there motivating me even when I didn’t believe in myself. If you want a trainer to keep you motivated and to make you believe in yourself, Kyie does that and more. He’s always there with nutritional information too! I’m getting my body back and I know without his support, nothing would have changed for me. Kyie, if you see this, your the man! Thanks for everything!!
I saw Steve this summer and he asked me to give a review of my work with him. I gladly agreed. I met Steve playing Semi-Pro Football. I have never met a more focused middle linebacker in my life his attention to detail and organization was beyond what was expected. He was a team captain and had a reputation for laying devastating hits on his opponents, quite often knocking them out cold. He was exciting to play with. I later worked with Steve as a Strength Trainer and football conditioner. As with football found him to bring that same intensity to the gym. He is very detail oriented and plans for every action and reaction. I would say he is the best and helped me achieve success in a short time where I had not training for years prior. If you want o experience gains and support from a first class operation I suggest you train with Steve and get what you have been working for instead of just dreaming about it. You will not be disappointed.
Lou has been amazing to work with. He assists not only with training but nutrition as well. He made sure to answer all my questions and get me adapted to a meal plan I can follow for the rest of my life prior to getting me into training sessions. When we did begin training he explained each exercise to me to ensure I was doing it properly and could perform it on my own. I am addicted to the workouts and began seeing results immediately. I would highly recommend Lou to anyone who is looking to get in shape or just maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Antrofit is hands down the best training company you will find. Johnny Loretti is an absolute beast in every sense of the word. His knowledge, experience and excitement for his job were all things that helped take my body to the next level. From his meal plans to training routines, he transformed my body into exactly what I was looking for (in a fraction of the time I thought it would take). He is there at a drop of a hat to answer all of my questions and always makes sure I'm feeling my best. I highly recommend using Anthrofit and Johnny - I promise you will thank yourself.
I signed on with Will around the 7th of July and began regular training sessions with him on the 15th of that month. By the end of August (6 or 7 weeks later), I had lost 15 pounds and completely revamped my diet. Will's approach focused on 3 areas: what you eat, how you train while you're with him and how you train when you're not. I believe my sessions with Will were so successful because he refused to listen to excuses for why I hadn't been working or eating properly and because he constantly pushes you to go further and try harder than you think you can. After every session, my body was sore but I felt like I had accomplished something. I don't really have anything negative to say. The sessions aren't cheap but they are in line with what one pays elsewhere. Also, Will has a pretty mediocre taste in music but he makes up for it with his taste in television shows and movies. Overall, I'd definitely give him 5 out of 5 stars. There is no way that I would have been so successful in putting my health back on track without Will and I've already signed up for another set of sessions with him.
Mica is definitely your PERSONAL trainer! She really know what she is doing and my abs are finally starting to show! I'm so happy that I chose her as her prices really aren't that bad (I've had some expensive and BORING trainers). I feel as if motivation is one of the most important aspects when it comes to changing your body because it really is a difficult process. Mica makes it easy! Her approach to training is one of the best I've experienced thus far. Definitely sticking with her!

A few times in life you meet someone who makes a long term material difference in your life. Matt one of those people. I have trained with him for 11 years and during that time, he has helped me achieve my goals. We have maintained my weight, added muscle tone, and most importantly we have prevented injury as well as managed around physical issues when they have come along from outside activities. His attention to detail never ceases to amaze me. As a rowing referee who works with Olympic athletes, I know high quality training. Best of all he long ago became a friend. Matt is very good at his job. No question.
Jim helped me feel confidant and healthy for my summer wedding! I am an exercise obsessed 27 year old. When I came to Jim I was bored of my routine and looking for an extra push to feel my best for my upcoming wedding. Jim taught me a new skill set using weights and interval cardio training. For years I was only focused on cardio, never aware of the toning and strength that weight training provides. Jim was an excellent teacher, he was flexible, knowledgable and prepared. I would recommend him to anyone no matter your needs and fitness experience.
Whenever I go in for a workout, Dave is very accommodating of any scheduling or time conflicts. He also is very responsive to any soreness I may have from prior workouts and tailors my training session to best suit my needs that day. He makes sure I get the most out of each session possible.
I'm not a fan of the gym (or working out in general) so looked around for in-home personal training options. I figured if someone was going to show up at my house, I'd be less likely to find excuses. I found NLF and signed up for the $20 trial session. I felt more comfortable training with a woman so selected Myra to train me. I really liked the trial session so when the president of the company called to see if I'd want to keep training, I decided to go for it. He helped me try to find a program that was within my budget and has been very helpful throughout my membership. Myra has been an amazing trainer, mixing things up each week and even making a modified routine for me after I had to have a minor medical procedure. Personal training is rather pricey but NLF seems to be on par for other in-home training programs I've seen. And if you sign up for a longer period of time, each session is less expensive. If you want to workout at home, I highly recommend NLF (and Myra).
I initially sought out personal training sessions in efforts to take care of myself after some extenuating, life circumstances. After interviewing several prospective trainers, it became so evident that Dennis and the Fitness Grind was the right place for me. In addition to being a very equipped gym, the environment is uplifting, encouraging and supportive. I can't even begin to explain how life changing it's been for me working with Coach Dennis Faulkner. He is extremely well versed in fitness, but possesses a genuine care and concern for the people he works with. I am so thankful that he essentially has helped me "find" myself again and I already have noticed tremendous differences in my overall strength, agility and endurance levels. I look forward to our training sessions every week and I know I'm definitely going to get a work out. Dennis has done a wonderful job of tailor making a routine that suits my personal fitness goals. I highly, highly recommend Dennis and the Fitness Grind. You won't regret it!

I’ve been training with Aimee for 6 months. She is very supportive-keeping in contact with me throughout the week and not just during my workout sessions. She is upbeat, positive and easy to work with. Aimee helps me work through my setbacks and obstacles. Not only is she a true certified personal trainer, but Aimee has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. In other words, Aimee knows how to help you overcome your personal demons at the gym! Her workouts are challenging and creative. Each workout is tailored to my specific needs and areas I would like to improve upon. Aimee is a great listener and works closely with each individual to put words into actions. The final product is AMAZING RESULTS!!!!
I’ve been training with Tyrell for the last six months. I really enjoy the workouts he has me do, even though they can be challenging, I always feel accomplished at the end. After a 90 period with him my results were amazing. He even managed to get my boyfriend involved and started training. Now I can’t seem to keep him out of the gym. We both recommend Tyrell to anyone interested.
