    Nice delivery and install guy but came really late when I had originally asked for 3:00 . Had issues with equipment and didn't leave until 8:30. Arrived around 7pm. Our New Years Eve party started at 7:30.. I had to settle for an inferior system with laptop monitor. It was very difficult to select a song and hard to see etc... We did end up using it but it was difficult and hard to read the words. I won't be using this company again. Only offered a $10 discount off original quote.

    We have made many changes to our equipment. New Year's Eve is the busiest night of the year. Sometimes circumstances such as weather and traffic do arise. If there was an equipment issue, we are pleased that our technician stayed until it was resolved. We do our best to accommodate our customer's needs. We use flat screen televisions for monitors, not laptops. If this customer gives us another try, we will make sure they are satisfied with our service.
