I would have given her less than one star but the system would not allow me to. This person is a FRAUD. If she tells you that she will stay in your house overnight with your dog or dogs, do not believe her. She left our elderly dog home alone at night, in the dark, night after night while we were away, out of town, for a week. He'd never been left like that before and he was terrified. We found this all out after we returned - from our neighbors. Sadly, he died a month after we returned from our vacation. We blame her. He was supposed to be given heart medication while we were gone. We had left her with very detailed instructions, and considering she didn't even care enough about him to stay over night like she said she would, we wouldn't be surprised if she didn't give him his medication. When I found out the horrific treatment he endured, I called her many times, demanding my money back. She never returned my calls.

Have been using Marcia for a few years, every time I would not hear anything from her how my pets were, had to contact to find out. Not to long ago I installed cameras in my home, hired her to feed & take care of my pets, I always give her substantial extra money to spend time & play with the pets, what a surprise I was in for. Enters home on cell phone, does not speak to or acknowledge pets, feeds & leaves within 5-10 minutes. This went on morning & night for days. I am extremely disappointed and hurt that my pets were treated this way . Not what she explains she will do when she talks to you, I do not recommend her if you want your pets to have some attention while your away, she is very phony!
