Travis came right over to look at my garage door which ended being a very minor issue . He was gracious and did not charge me . Travis was knowledgeable about the unit I had and checked it to make sure it was in good working order . I definitely will call him in the future and certainly would refer him to anyone needing garage door repair or replacement .
