Introduction: We are a strength and conditioning gym focused on building better humans thru movement. We offer group classes, gym memberships and 1 on 1 personal training with our ACE certified trainers. We have some of the best equipment in the area including: *kettlebells up to 90lbs *The Kabuki Transformer and Cadillac bars *The Titan Buffalo bar, 12in cambered bar, and multigrip bar *Neutral grip lat/row handles *Bumper plates and iron plates in KGs for power lifting *Steel maces up to 30lbs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Pricing is dependent on your program. We offer weekly drop in group classes, gym memberships, sport specific strength and conditioning, and 1 on 1 coaching at the gym or in your home in 2,4,8, or 10 session packages. All 1 on 1 coaching and sport specific programs include unlimited use of the gym during business hours in between sessions.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    All new clients get an inital free consultation to discuss their goals, assess their fitness level, and decide which program is going to be the best fit for them. For all coaching clients we provide a written training program to track your progress that changes on an as needed basis. We use a foundational movement curriculum that focuses on the 4 main movement patters of push,pull,squat, and hinge to build baseline strength. The training curriculum allows us to progress you as the client from the least technical movement in a pattern to a more technical version in the safest way possible.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Our coaches come from a martial arts background and are ACE certified.
