Li has a way to quickly get to the problem and fix it. She understands much about what you eat, your sleep habits and stress levels as a way to diagnose. My problem stemmed from my eating and drinking habits. She implemented a regime of acupuncture which in short order eliminated my symptoms.
I tried acupuncture for the first time with Joy this past week. I had horrible pain in my knee from wrenching it and I could not put any weight on it at all. I could not sleep the pain was so bad. At first I was skeptical about a "community environment" but it is perfectly fine. Sometimes you are alone in the area and some times others are getting treatments in the same room. This is what keeps the cost down. Other places I looked at charged 150-110 for first treatment and 125-100 every treatment there after. I could not afford that, so I tried this community approach first since I never had acupuncture before. After the first session, I actually felt worse but I went back again because I heard that it can feel worse before it gets better. I am glad I did. Every session there after reduced my pain considerably. I can now sleep without pain, I can sit without pain and I can walk very gingerly without pain. It elevated my mood, it relaxed me and reduced my stress levels. And no you cannot feel the needles whatsoever, they are painless. Joy is a very caring person and cares very much that your problem gets resolved.
Chris is such a considerate, caring and thorough practitioner and is always striving to make each treatment perfect. I have chronic pain that is only relieved with acupuncture and I am grateful for every treatment I get with Chris. Thank you!
I have been going for acupuncture with Dr. Yi Song for over 5 years. I always have great results that is how I maintain my health. I have tried different approaches to resolve my pain but nothing have worked until I got to Hollibalance Center. That is what really helped me. Dr. Yi Song is very caring and she is great with what she does. Anyone that I have talked to I always recommend acupuncture with Dr. Yi Song because I have really seen the results.
I had a great session with Richard. He took the time to discuss the history and method of acupuncture. I appreciated howith he was genuinely interested in my health issues and I will definitely see him again.
