Jeff did a great job. He was very responsive and punctual. He advised me on the best solutions for my job, and gave me a fair price, and honest opinions on what was needed. Jeff called me within an hour of my putting my roofing repair request into the system. We had a good conversation and agreed to meet at my home the following day. I found this contractor and his associate to be very professional. They reviewed the water damage inside my home and then proceeded to go onto the roof to see exactly what and where the water leaks were happening. I was then given several options; Repair the existing roof, put on a new shingle roof or shingle over the existing shingles (since there is only one layer there now) and estimated cost for each option. I chose to repair the existing roof for now. The work was professionally done, the price was right and I’m a satisfied customer. Jeff asked that I give him a call if any leaking occurs and he guarantees his work. I would definitely use this company again!

Jeff and team were great to work with so glad that we found them! Had some roofing issues with leaks and they were able to come out with a quick turnaround to get started on patching that up. Then we scheduled the rest of the roofing job in a timely way, and they came out when they were planning to, or thorough and clear and the communications and did everything as we expected.

I had a gutter problem on an older home I purchased. Not only were they able to get some very nice modern gutters in, but they also were able to fix the lead on the chimney, redo the roof which they completed that same day, but even help fix some windows on my second floor. I would absolutely call them again and you would too with how good the crew was.

Pricing a roof can be exhausting for anyone. Some places offer estimates at a price, but at Jeff's Roofing and Gutters all estimates are free.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact us we ask what the project is and we will set up a time and day to come over and inspect the roof or gutters in question and at that time we can give you a figure. Once we put together a contract/proposal for you we'll have you review it and if there are any issues we discuss them then before we finalize. We want to do it right the first time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certificates in mold removal, asbestos, and lead removal, and have roofed personally for over 30 years.
