Introduction: My wife and I are both certified chefs with degrees in culinary arts from the prestigious Johnson and Wales University. Her specialty is baking and pastry arts, and I have over 25 years of experience as an executive chef. Our specialties are regional, Southern inspired dishes with an emphasis on the Low Country. "You name it, and we'll cook it." We are available as a couple, or it could be just me.
