The first day he didn't show up until 1130 then the next 2 days it was after 1 and he was gone before 6. He didn't lat anything down to cover my floors and scratched our hardwoods and totally demolished the bathroom floor that my husband had just put down less than a year ago. He put gashes in the wall and ceiling trying to get the tub wall in on his own. He cracked the new tub wall and didn't tell us and also left multiple scratches in the new tub. He made a complete mess of our home and never once apologized or asked to clean it up. The 4th day he decides not to show up at all and leaves he hanging until the weekend. We decided at that time it was best if he didn't come back and we finished it on our own. The tub he put in isn't lecwl and water collects around the edges. It has started leaking through the drywall. When we explained the concerns and told him not to come back he threatened to put a mechanics lien on our house for the rest of the money. SORRY AND DISRESPECTFUL businessman. Hung up on 3 different people in my family including my husband who offered to pay him the rest of the money if he came to make all necessary repairs including a new tub and wall that weren't scratched and cracked. We now had to spend $100 to buy new flooring to replace flooring that was less than a year old, buy all new trim and baseboard, and now probably rip the tub out and have it reinstalled (if salvageable) to fix the unlevelness and find where the water is leaking through drywall. Save yourself money by not hiring this company!!!
