We offer many different pricing options to match your needs: •In-home Private Chef (multiple family-style meals prepared in a 3 hour session including shopping and full kitchen clean-up) •Full-service options available upon request •Individual organic meals delivered to your specific location •Party Platters (small 7-10 guests/large 15-20 guests) •Bite-size-food-art (tapas style organic catering individually priced per unit item) •Organic baked goods •Specialized Menu Planning
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a food industry professional for 25+ years and a professional in-home private chef for 13+ years. I have a current ServSafe Food Handler certification #6613817 from the National Restaurant Association. I am also a top-notch freelance private chef for luxury properties on Hilton Head Island SC, Bluffton SC, including Palmetto Bluff along the May River! I go above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service to each and every client. I follow all the rules that comply with CDC, FDA, OSHA , and each states local/federal public food service health and sanitation laws. I always hold the highest level of cleanliness, customer service, reliability, professionalism and authenticity.
