FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Repair IPAD/MacBook Screens. All Laptop screen repairs. Back and recovery of data. Install new Pc's and servers for companies. repair all hardware on Apple and Windows based venders like Dell, HP, Gateway, Acer, Toshiba. Love to work on Google Android devices. Can repair all tablet issues.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please ask for credentials, recent references. Like anything experience is key. I have had many customers tell me that they paid for services, and the issue still remains. If I can't fix it the customer does not pay, unless the customer chooses not to spend the investment to fix. In that case I do bill for my time.
