- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually provide a written estimate after the initial consultation and then we adjust specialty requests from there. Since each event is different and each client's needs vary we create a custom package for each event we do. Our rates are middle range.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will have an initial consultation where we will then discuss your special event and what your needs and desires may be. Then we will come up with a plan of action to turn it into reality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Wedding Planner, Event Planner and Party Store Owner. Finance/Banking was my major, this allows me to understand how to manage money, which allows me to assist you in using your money wisely when you plan your event. (Look at my newspaper article on my website from the Bridal Section in the Kershaw County Current Newspaper Editorials. Management was my minor I plan, manage and organize events big and small. (Look at my website, you will see everything from Kids parties to Bridal Expos) Technical Software App Specialist....what does this mean. It means I do graphics, make slideshows, movies, etc. Which also means we have Projector, Screen, GOBO, Onsite Monitors for display, not to mention we have an On Staff DJ that does lighting and effects.
