Introduction: For all musicians (piano, strings, woodwind, etc.), I teach how to read music and how to hear the music, enabling you to pick out the chords and the melody line. The curriculum is a mixture of modern and classical training. You will be able to play in a band (that gives you chords) and an orchestra (which gives you sheet music). For all voice students, I also teach a modern/classical approach with extensive study in songwriting and artistic interpretation of cover music. For pageantry, modeling, acting, theater, inspirational speech, lip sync, ballroom, ballet fitness, shag, and art students, we start with foundational basics. Based upon your experience, we can advance at your pace. Once one's art is mastered, I always try to encourage you to learn another art, in order to combine the two. Example, if you are an advanced singer, I encourage you to play an instrument or dance while you sing (I choreograph the movement) or paint. The mixing of the arts (after they are mastered individually) can be a beautiful creation.
