What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a $15 off on the next/first cut with a referral. The referred yard must also be completed or scheduled before the discount is applied.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide in-person quotes for free and can usually service the same day as needed. Upon arrival we will walk the property and discuss the property lines as well as expectations so that we ensure all needs are met. After completing the service, we will ask you to look over the property and ensure the job was done well. We can then discuss the next service and will always work with the customer on their preferences.
